"Kind Interactions Shine at Harmony Assisted Living"
Harmony, like many assisted living facilities, faces challenges due to low pay, staff shortages, and high employee turnover. However, during my visit, I observed only kind interactions with residents.

"Harmony Assisted Living Falls Short on Care and Communication"
We've faced a lot of problems with the care at Harmony. The facility's leadership and staff change frequently. Unfortunately, our loved ones don't receive extra help despite needing high assisted living care. Communication about changes with families and residents is lacking.

"Disappointing Care and Communication at Harmony Assisted Living"
We had a really bad experience at Harmony. The only positives were the dining room, the food service, and the physical therapist, and these were merely outside services, so, not directly related to Harmony itself. The sales lady also did a fantastic job. The Harmony building is pretty, but that doesn't make up for the defects. We wouldn't advise any families to let their loved ones stay here. They made us pay for level 5 care while our family member didn't even need that level of care. Even worse, the care we paid for was almost non-existent. Our loved one even went a whole week without a shower, and there was barely any communication from the staff. The head nurse didn't take any responsibility. A lot of folks living there now are planning to leave Harmony.

"Friendly Atmosphere but Room for Improvement"
The place is really nice and the people are friendly. When we visited, everyone seemed to get along well and talk to each other. The residents even came up to us and said hi, which made us feel welcome. The dining area is big and bright. We're still figuring out some things about the care services and making sure our loved one gets their medicine on time. So far, things are going okay.

"Assisted Living Falls Short"
I used to like this place, but things changed. My loved one broke a leg twice here, and the cleaning isn't as good anymore. The staff doesn't tell me about changes—I hear it from my loved one. They need to be more proactive. Also, there's a urine smell sometimes when I visit. The nurses don't seem to care.
