"Positive Changes at Harmony!"
I like everything about Harmony at Spring Hill, except for the activities. But since the new Executive Director came, things are getting better. The staff is friendly and professional.

"Loved One Disappointed with Assisted Living Options"
We visited Harmony at Spring Hill while looking for a place for a family member. They weren’t happy with this place because they wanted to check out both Assisted Living and Independent Living. This spot doesn’t offer Independent Living, and they weren’t a fan of the Assisted Living available here.

"Inconsistent care and lack of communication in memory care."
At Harmony, assisted living may be okay, but memory care lacks communication and consistent care.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The food was okay, but the activities weren’t interesting. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. They should hire more staff and provide better training. Also, there were communication problems between staff and residents. Unfortunately, they lost many staff members during my loved one’s stay.

"Perfect Size with Room for Improvement in Onboarding Process"
We really like how Harmony at Spring Hill is the perfect size not too small and not too large. It’s just right for our loved one. We did have a little trouble when we first moved our loved one in. The paperwork and communication were a bit confusing, so a better onboarding process would help. But we talked to the director about it, and everything is fine now. Our loved one really enjoys the meals and dining service, and based on our experience so far, we would recommend this place to other families.

"Distance Hinders Family Visits"
The community is okay, but it's too far for family visits.

"Friendly staff and good experience, but meals are a bit small"
The staff at the facility are very friendly, and overall, it has been a positive experience. However, our loved one thinks the meal portions are a bit small. On the bright side, the activities are now available for those who want to join in. The cost is quite high, but it seems reasonable compared to other places.

I definitely don't advise anyone to choose this place for their elders. It's hard to keep an eye on everything, and you honestly shouldn't have to do so. Even though I closely monitored the care provided to our family member, we had a terrible experience. The facility's handling of the prescription medicines was utterly sloppy. Our family member didn't get the insulin that we supplied, which was never given to him. We also suspect that they mistakenly gave him medication intended for someone else, resulting in a hospitalization. The staff didn't take any accountability for the mishap. Initially, they were very cordial, but they suddenly became aloof after the situation. When I tried to reach out, they would unexpectedly include me in undisclosed conference calls. The staff are not terrible people, but they lack adequate training. Not once did they accept their mistakes or apologize. When we first visited, the quality seemed decent. The rooms were terrific, with spacious living areas and bathrooms. The facility was allowing visitors, unlike other places during this time. It feels as though they tricked us out of the wonderful experience we were hoping for. Before the screw-up with the meds, everything else would have garnered 4 or 5 stars. But after knowing our loved one was not safe there, we couldn't possibly think of sending him back. So, I beg you, don't choose Harmony for your loved ones." : "Subpar Medicine Management in 'Harmony' Puts Residents in Danger
