""Neglectful staff; highly unprofessional and money-oriented; Poor dietary care.""
The building looks great when it's clean, but that's not very often and the people who live there aren't taken care of. There used to be a good team of people running things, but most have left. The bigwigs in charge are really unprofessional and seem to only care about making money. Food was always a problem when my aunts lived there, and I finally decided to move my surviving aunt away from there due to flat out neglect. It was the best choice I made for her and I wish I had done it sooner when my other aunt was alive. They make it look like a great place but trust me, it's far from it. You can try to dress up a bad thing but it'll always be bad. Don't bring your loved one here; they definitely won't get the care they need.

"Friendly staff and cozy, personal atmosphere"
Cozy and nicely decorated. Rooms are a good size. The building is old but getting fixed up. The price is simple, just one rate, easy to understand. The staff is friendly and knows residents by name. The small number of residents makes it very personal.

"Facility Overlooks Basic Care; Not Recommended"
Regrettably, both my aunt and uncle stayed at this center. I'd advise against choosing them. They lost track of medications, clothing vanished, appointments were missed, and there were extended periods without bathing. Our elderly deserve nothing less than top-tier care.

"Chaotic Assisted Living Facility Fails Residents"
Awful place. My mom got hurt with bruises and broken bones. The doctor on staff said she had to leave. Her hair was always dirty, and her clothes were covered in old food. They washed her clothes carelessly, and everything got ruined. They hardly paid any attention to her. The ownership changes a lot, and staff members don't stay long or get fired. It's like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

"Great care, fair rates, and excellent tour experience!"
This place is wonderful with caring staff and lovely rooms. The Memory Care section has big, nice rooms and a great activities director. It's the only place in Lynchburg with an all-inclusive rate that’s better than other places here. They don’t add extra fees just one price each month. Visit and take a tour with the Marketing Director; she’s amazing!

"Friendly staff and joyful residents make a great community"
I’ve only been here to run activities, and the staff is always so friendly. The residents are a pleasure to be with.

"Unsafe and Unprofessional Assisted Living Facility"
This place is really bad for your family. I was just visiting and heard a person giving medicine tell the aide in front of everyone. And she kept working like nothing happened. Also, the residents weren't taken care of. One lady had to wait an hour to use the restroom. The management staff was very unprofessional, even with how they dressed. This place needs to be closed down.

"Neglectful Facility Punishes Concerned Families and Misbehaves With Residents"
If you ever dream of your dear one being, just sign them up here. If your loved one doesn't behave according to their norms, they'll ensure a stressful delay in pain medication. And beware, should you try to safeguard your loved one by asking questions or addressing issues with the management, the staff retaliates and you are tagged as a problem.

"Poor Management and Staffing Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
My time at this assisted living home was a nightmare. It seems like there's always a crisis when you're trying to get help. Medicine is given out to a room full of people all at once, like they're tallying up livestock. And if you need help to the dining room? Prepare for a long wait because they're always short on staff. Don't even get me started on the weekends – nobody in charge is ever around. After 4 PM each day, the place is like a deserted town. And the employees who deal daily with the residents have major attitude problems. I wouldn't even send my poor old dog to this place.
