No place is perfect, but I can honestly say that despite changes in leadership and ongoing renovations, the team members—from caregivers to dining staff—are dedicated to residents' well-being, safety, and happiness.

I highly recommend this community for loved ones. My family member really likes it here. They enjoy the food, and the small community helps them make friends quickly.

I thought the people living here required extra help, but I wanted a spot where folks were more self-sufficient. Plus, I didn't like that they only offer three meals daily.

"A Reliable Choice for Assisted Living"
We picked The Fountains at Washington House because people we know said it's good. When I visited, I liked what I saw. The apartments are the right size for what we need. I would tell others to consider it.

"Comfortable private rooms, COVID safety affected visitation."
I chose this place because my husband was here for rehab. They have all private rooms, which was a big plus for us. My experience was good overall. No place is perfect, but I was there every day to see how things were going. When COVID hit, they stopped me from visiting early on. It was hard not being able to visit, but I understand they did it to keep everyone safe from the virus. I can see why they made that decision. If there are more pandemics in the future, they should find a way for patients to have visits at the window. This pandemic is the first one we've had in our lifetime. A friend's significant other was at another place, and they found a way to allow visits there.
