My mom fell and nobody ever told us until the day she passed away. I checked her body, and she had bruises from her legs to her arms. The family didn't know about the fall, and when I asked the staff, they just shook their heads. It happened on a Saturday, and she passed away on Monday. Yes, she had terminal cancer, but she was up and walking around two days before the fall that nobody informed us about. The owner didn't even return my calls. The Haven in Mechanicsville, Virginia, has bad people and bad care. I have detailed notes in my journal about my mom and this terrible place.
