"Warm Community Bonds at Assisted Living"
It's a super friendly place where residents watch out for each other. They genuinely care and miss one another when someone's away—whether it's for shopping, doctor appointments, or family visits. The front desk ladies are always kind and helpful, whether on the phone or in person. Plus, they celebrate birthdays and make everyday routines special.

"Hermitage Review: Nursing Care and Comfort Need Improvement"
The assisted living facility's nursing care needs big improvement. Our family member, a retired nurse, noticed this and it was the main reason for leaving. She mentioned a lack of nurse supervision and some residents didn't get proper medical care. Also, the air conditioning and heating are old and uncomfortable. If these issues were fixed, Hermitage would be much better.
