"Assisted Living Facility Struggles with Staff and Food Quality"
My family member stays at The Park Oak Grove. Overall, it's been alright for her. But since they got bought out, they're having a hard time keeping employees, like the transportation driver. Lots of the planned activities got cancelled. And let me tell you, the food is the absolute worst. They keep changing the people who cook and serve meals, and it's just not good.

"Disappointing Experience at The Park - Oak Grove"
Our family visited The Park - Oak Grove, but it wasn't right for us. The rooms were small, and the building seemed old. There was only a mini-split unit for heating and air in one room, and we heard that the heating system wasn't great. They also didn't have a plan to replace the washer/dryer if it broke. It was more expensive and didn't feel as friendly or engaging as other places we've seen. We just didn't get the same good feeling we got.

"Happy Residents Enjoy Stress-Free Living"
My family member loves it here. The staff keeps things stress-free, and the food is enjoyable. They have a menu for residents to pick from, and they're considerate of dietary needs. Plus, there are fun outings, including dinners out.

"Nice Facility with Spacious Rooms and Great Staff"
We picked The Park-Oak Grove because my mom didn’t want a big, brand new place. This facility is really nice, clean, and up-to-date. The rooms are very roomy. The staff is easy to work with and communicates well. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I would recommend it.

"“Great Assisted Living Choice!”"
We picked this place because it’s close by, and when we visited, I was impressed. The rooms are big, and the food is great. They let residents choose their meals. Activities are available, but no one pushes you to join. Overall, I’d recommend it.

"Great place with good food and location; highly recommend."
We chose The Park-Oak Grove for my brother because it seemed like the best place for him. We liked the area and the price was fair. He has a smaller room, kind of like a studio apartment, but it’s enough space for him. I’ve eaten here a few times and thought the food was really good. They cook the meals right there and have a menu to pick from. What I like most about the place is that it’s off a busy road and in a part of town with lots to do. I would definitely recommend this place.

"Happy resident, friendly staff, and great care at Park - Oak Grove"
My brother loves living at Park-Oak Grove, and our family is thrilled with the friendly staff, great service, and overall care. He enjoys the activities, benefits from therapy, and is making many new friends. The other residents are welcoming and nice to talk to. I’m especially happy that, unlike some places with mostly female residents, this facility has good male friends too. Tonight, we’re going to orchestra rehearsal with one of his tablemates who still plays. The studio is spacious, bright, and well-designed. The small kitchen with a fridge and microwave is nice, even though we mostly enjoy the delicious meals and company in the dining room.

"Great care and good value for families"
We love this place because the staff takes great care of everyone. I'm glad the community is clean and well-kept. The staff should communicate more about my mom's progress. The menu looks good, and my mom enjoys the food and activities with other residents. I would recommend this place for its great care and value.

"Comfortable and Invigorating!"
Since my mom moved here, she's been feeling better—happier and more energetic. Her room is spacious with lots of windows and natural light, a good-sized bathroom, and a big closet. Plus, she has a full-size fridge to store her own food. Fran, the activity director, is amazing—always motivating the residents. The only thing I'd change is how they announce notifications.

"Great place with friendly staff!"
Oak Grove is amazing! My loved one is really happy here. I'd move in myself if I could! The staff is friendly and professional, and the whole place feels welcoming. I love that residents can show their rooms to visiting families. It makes them proud of where they live!

"Great option: own apartment, no memory care unit"
The early information about this place makes it look really good. You get to live in your own apartment while receiving assisted living services. They don't have a memory care unit here.

"Perfect Care in a Beautiful, Well-Managed Home"
Park Oak Grove is a wonderful place clean and well-run. The staff is incredibly caring, quick to respond, and kind. My dad keeps saying it’s perfect and there’s nothing they could do to improve it. Park Oak Grove is much better than I ever expected for a senior community, and I feel really good knowing my 90-year-old dad is well taken care of.

"Delicious food and great care!"
My favorite thing about The Park-Oak Grove is the food—it's delicious, everything I've tried. I haven't explored the whole place, but the layout is easy to learn and navigate. I haven't joined any activities, and a family member found The Park-Oak Grove, so I can't rate those. But the cleanliness, friendliness, and care services are all
