"Facility Disappoints: Poor Food, Inattentive Staff, Not Recommended"
The food here is really bad, with barely any fresh veggies or fruits. I don't think anyone could stay healthy on their diet. The staff is nice but often doesn't respond quickly. Unless things change a lot, I wouldn't suggest this place.

"Disappointed with Quality of Meals and Service"
The meals they serve here are terrible-- there's rarely any fresh fruits or vegetables. It's hard to believe people can live off of what they're feeding everyone here. The workers are nice but don't always listen. If things don't change big time, I wouldn't tell anyone to come here.

"Great care in a smaller, welcoming facility for loved ones"
My in-laws are living at Timberview Crossing. From my few visits (since we don't live nearby), we are happy with the care and lifestyle they have. They have a lot of space in their shared room and seem as involved as they want to be. It's a smaller facility, which they prefer over a bigger one. The only thing I noticed is that the staff could be a bit more welcoming to visitors, especially those who come rarely or for the first time. Once they get to know you or see you often, they become more friendly and responsive.

"Impressive Assisted Living Facility"
The place is really nice, clean, and the staff is genuine. Everything is well organized, and the rooms are big. We plan to take Mom to see this facility.

"Timberview was the right choice for Dad."
The staff is friendly and available most of the time. Administrators are helpful and interact with the residents. The food is excellent, and there are plenty of activities for the residents to enjoy. My father was never a social person, but he's become more sociable in the 10 days he's been at Timberview. With just over 20 residents, they get a lot of personal attention. The rooms and the facility are kept very clean. Some services, like hair and foot care, cost extra, but they’re affordable. After visiting 5 or 6 places, Timberview was the right choice for Dad.

"Timberview Provides Excellent Care and Activities for Dad"
The staff at Timberview are friendly and usually available. The administrators give good information and talk with the clients. The food is great, and there are many activities for everyone. Even though my father wasn’t very social, he has become more outgoing in the 10 days he’s been here. With just over 20 clients, everyone gets a lot of personal attention. The rooms and the facility are kept very clean. Some extra services like haircare and podiatry care cost a little more, but they are affordable. After visiting several places, Timberview was perfect for Dad.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I went to this place on Monday afternoon. It's far from the I 81 highway, and I don't think it's the right apartment for my mom. There was a lot of confusion in the hallways, but it was also getting late.

"Facility Visit Experience: Not Ideal for Mom"
I went to this place on Monday afternoon. It's a bit far from the I-81 highway, and I'm not sure if it's the right place for my mom. There was a bit of confusion in the hallways, but it was also getting late in the afternoon.
