"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I'd say mostly good, but you need to be realistic. The bosses and food folks really try, but keeping good caregivers is tough. I think we should get more for what we pay, but I get it's not easy running a place like this. I'd suggest it to someone in a similar situation.

"Lack of Communication and Care in Assisted Living Facility"
Don't come here if you want good talking. They never talk unless you keep asking. They should get better at taking care of people. They seem nice at first, but once they get paid, they only care about money, not the person you love.

"Great care and clean facilities, but management needs improvement"
The aides here are great, and the place is clean and nice. The management could be better at responding and adapting to changes. They recently lost their best person who helped with community relations and budget, which was a big loss. The aides do a good job looking after the residents, and the social directors are amazing. The residents seem happy with the care they get. If there's a medical issue, the nurses will let you know and keep you updated. Overall, it's a place you can trust for your loved one.

"Clean, Caring, and Fun"
The place was super clean, and the care services made us happy. The food quality for residents was good, and there were fun activities. We'd recommend it to other families.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Location"
We chose this community because it's super close to our house, and we visit 4-5 times a week. It looks great from the outside, just like the other place we checked out. But in the end, it's all about the location. We're okay with it, but it's not exactly what they promised. The company means well, but there's a shortage of workers affecting the quality of services.

"Great Care Despite Hiccups"
We had a bumpy start, but things got much better. It'd be great if they had more food choices, but they did listen when he asked for a hot dog. They shouldn't take patients with catheters, though. That caused some problems at first. But after he got a UTI, they were super careful and attentive. We're really thankful for their care. The staff is amazing so caring and attentive. Plus, the location is perfect, right next to the hospital.

"Lackluster Care at Heritage Village"
During our visit to Heritage Village, we didn't feel a caring atmosphere. They mentioned occasional resident check-ins, which wasn't ideal for my loved one's health. Their attentiveness fell short of our expectations compared to other places we've seen.

"Nice, New Facility, But Too Modern for Our Loved Ones"
We visited the facility in person. It’s very nice and new, but it felt a bit too modern for our loved ones.

"Great rooms, friendly staff, very satisfied with Heritage Village"
The rooms and layout of the community are top-notch. Everyone was friendly and knew everyone's name, which was great. We were really happy with Heritage Village Gainesville.

"Beautiful Facility with Great Food and Rooms—Recommended"
It's a lovely place. If you can afford it, your loved one will be happy there. The rooms are bigger than most, and the food was great before COVID. I’ve tried it since, and the dining area is nice. I would recommend this place.

"Profit over care, resembles prison."
Avoid this place; feels like prison, prioritizes profit over care.

"Great Assisted Living with a Small Distance Trade-off"
Heritage Village was super pretty, and it was really helpful. It stayed clean and tidy, plus it's a newer place. The only downside was that the memory care area was on the 2nd or 3rd floor, so you needed to use the elevator. The staff-to-resident ratio is either 1 to 7 or 1 to 8, which is great. Heritage Village had all the amenities I wanted, but it's a bit farther than I'd prefer.
