"Friendly staff, clean facility, easy move-in, good food, recommended."
The staff is very welcoming. The place is really clean. We have had good talks with the staff. Moving in was very easy. The meals look tasty and are good quality. We would tell others to come here and have already told friends looking for Assisted Living for their parents.

"Still Waiting for Full Deposit Refund After Two Months"
They said my deposit would be given back completely. Two months have passed and I still haven't gotten anything. They cashed my check on a certain date. I've called the marketing department and even their main office, multiple times. They didn't even call back. And still, no return of my deposit!!!

"Family-friendly but not the right fit; communication commendable"
Tribute at One Loudoun wasn't quite right for us. They communicated well, tried hard, and were really nice. It just didn't work out for us in the end.

"Disappointment in Poor Care Despite High Costs at Assisted Living"
The place is really nice, but it's only suited for people who don't need too much assistance. They say they can do it all, but they can't. They tell us to be patient, but when you're paying up to 8,000 dollars a month, that's not a reasonable expectation. My dad had to be the one to feed my mom. One time, I saw a fellow resident leave the dining room because no staffer was there to feed him - he ended up missing dinner. There was this other time my dad didn't get his breakfast because there was nobody around to help my mom. The nurse and the manager never return messages or emails, too. We're not happy with the experience.

"Beautiful place, but staff shortages impact care"
It's a beautiful place, but they don't have enough staff. There aren't enough medical assistants or CNA's, and even the dining room is understaffed. It's not the best place if your loved one needs help.

This place is really awesome to live in! Everyone is so nice and helpful, and the rooms are very cozy. I feel safe and taken care of here. The food is pretty good too. Overall, I'm really happy living here!

"Welcoming environment with activities, medical staff, and medication support"
The inside of the building feels very welcoming, and the individual rooms are nice too. They plan weekly activities that you can join if you want to. There is a nurse and doctor available in the building if you need them, and they also give you your medication.
