"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Experience"
The people here are nice, but getting info from them is tough. I’ve asked them over and over, but I still don’t have all the answers. I gave up asking. The workers where they take care of people with memory issues are really good at listening and helping out. My mom isn’t happy with the meals, and she struggles to let them know. She doesn’t join any of the fun stuff they do. But that’s not really on them. I’ve decided to move her to a different Tribute place that’s nearer to me. I’m hoping things will be better for her there.

"Tour Multiple Places for Informed Decisions"
I suggest checking out the facility. Touring multiple places helps decide.

"Large Facility with Some Concerns Not Quite Like Home"
We visited Tribute at The Glen while looking for Assisted Living for our family member. The tour and place were mostly good. But we did smell urine in some spots. Also, it felt too big for us. We think our loved one might not feel at home in such a large place.

"Assisted Living Review: Modern, Active Community with Food Quality Concerns"
The community is very new and modern. Mom likes that the building isn't too big, and she enjoys the amenities and activities available. There are outings and always new activities happening on the property. The food was excellent when mom moved in last November. However, the chef left shortly after, and the food quality has dropped a lot since then. I'd recommend Tribute at The Glen to anyone except a food enthusiast like my mom.

"Friendly Staff and Fun Activities!"
This community is nice if you don’t have really serious medical needs. The staff were helpful when our family had questions or concerns about our loved one. They took time to talk to us and answered our questions quickly. Residents get three meals a day, and they can choose from different options. There are also fun activities like crafts, cooking, flower arranging, and movies for residents to enjoy.

"Caring staff, better doctor communication needed"
The staff here really care. They treat my mom with dignity and compassion, just like I want. I wish they communicated better with the doctors who work with the residents' families (like physicians and psychiatrists).

"Highly Impressed with Tribute at The Glen"
We've been really happy with Tribute at The Glen. The person in charge, is fantastic. He's always ready to help and even gave us his phone number in case we need anything. We think that's great. The care here is better than what we saw at other places we looked at, and it's a good deal for what you get. The community is new and everyone acts professionally.

"Great tour and amenities, but too expensive"
We had a great tour of this place. The staff was super nice, and everything was clean with great amenities. Unfortunately, it was too expensive for us.

"Tribute at The Glen: Nice but Overpriced"
We checked out Tribute at The Glen, but we had already visited a really cool place before that. The rooms at Tribute were kind of gloomy, not that pretty or big, and they only had a small fridge, not a big one like the other place. The eating area felt like a regular school cafeteria, and it didn’t smell too good either. The other place had a fancy restaurant vibe. It’s the little things that count; Tribute had rails in the hallways and stairs for safety, but the other place had shelves which looked nicer. Being at the other community was like staying at a fancy hotel, not just a place for older folks. Also, Tribute cost twice as much as the place we picked, even though it didn’t look as good. Tribute is okay, but it’s not the same as the other community we liked.

"High Cost for Small Space; Community Pleasant Despite Value Concerns"
This place was really nice. They gave me a room, but it was pretty small. I didn't feel like what they were charging matched what I got.

"Lovely Facility with Hotel Feel; Slightly Too Fancy for Some"
Our family visited Tribute at The Glen for a tour. It's really nice, like a fancy hotel. It's modern and well-decorated, but it's a bit too fancy for our loved one. We were hoping for something cozier, more like a home, but this felt more like a luxurious hotel. Still, the staff we met were really friendly and kind.

"Avoid This Assisted Living: Poor Staff and Lack of Diversity"
This place is the complete opposite of professional. They can't seem to keep staff around for long. Despite being open since the start of 2017, they still can't fill the place up. I strongly advise against bringing your family members here. Furthermore, I am shocked by the clear lack of diversity. The staff sleeps through the night and then squabbles during the day.

"No Pets Allowed in Pricey, Nice Assisted Living Facility"
The new place is really nice but super pricey. But, the big problem is no pets allowed at all.
