"Unpleasant Staff and Lack of Activities in Assisted Living Facility"
This place doesn't have any fun activities. Also, the boss seems to always be missing. The workers there use really bad language and aren't kind to the people living there. Please don't send your family there!! My mom really didn't like it and we had to move her.

"Whispering Pines is a strong contender."
On our tour, my wife and I liked Whispering Pines. It's clean and well-run. The staff is friendly and interacts with residents. The memory care area has a cute courtyard with plants. They even let some residents join activities in the regular assisted living areas. Overall, a strong contender.

"Shocking Conditions at Assisted Living Facility Affect Residents"
This place is terrible. There's a bunch of flies EVERYWHERE - all over the patients, even in the food. This isn't what I'd call a care center. This place just gives out food and water. Both times I walked in, not a single staff member even greeted me, or looked my way. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to stay here. I just went to see a close family friend of mine last weekend. I saw the "meals" that they served on the two days I was there. The dishes were ice-cold grilled cheese, tater tots, and some slimy green vegetable straight from a bag. And let's not forget the card-sized square that was supposed to be a fish fillet with some rice. Everything served was freezing cold, nobody could maintain a healthy lifestyle under these conditions. I bet this place writes its own reviews and ratings. A regular day for a resident here - they take them out of bed, set them in their wheelchair, feed them subpar breakfast, set them down in front of the television, feed them a lackluster lunch, followed by an early "dinner" at around 4:30pm. They put them to bed around 6pm and the whole sad cycle starts again. It's not how anyone should live or be treated, the staff just don't show any care. I've seen how they deal with other patients, I need to get my friend out of here as soon as I can.

"Caring Staff, But Facility Needs Better Upkeep"
The place wasn’t kept up nicely. The people working there were really good at talking and sharing info, but I just don’t think it’s the right spot for my dad.
