"Staff turnover impacts care at Homestead Senior Living"
There has been a lot of staff turnover at Homestead Senior Living, which affects care and medication management. We hope this gets better soon. Everyone in Vermont is having trouble with employment, and it's not easy to fix. We've made some progress with new hires who are good at solving problems, and we hope they can make the facility better. No one in Vermont seems to know how to lower costs, so good luck with that.

"Open Communication and Friendly Staff"
We're pleased with our choice. Each resident receives a weekly menu in their apartment and the dining room, which is helpful. However, management turnover is concerning. The clinical staff remains excellent, and everyone is friendly and approachable. The recent family forum led by the director was a positive experience, allowing open conversations about both strengths and areas for improvement.

"Great care and facilities, tasty food, activities looked fun"
The caregivers were great and really took good care of my mom. The place and the amenities are top-notch. The food was tasty, and the activities looked fun and right for the residents. I say "looked" because my mom didn’t join in. I’d recommend this place to others.

"Friendly Staff and Special Deals"
We picked Homestead because they had a private room available. The admissions staff were friendly, and they had a great deal going on. The cook was really nice and made something special for my dad. The staff answered our questions and followed up well. I'd recommend it to others.
