"Staff at The Village are welcoming and caring; Mom is safe."
About a year ago, my siblings and I moved our mom to The Village at White River JCT. (Memory Care). It was a tough decision, but necessary. Meeting the staff made it easier—they were all friendly, from the director to the janitor. About halfway through Mom's first year there, we wanted an update on her health. It took longer than we hoped to arrange the meeting, but when we finally did, we saw how committed the staff are to supporting Mom. I feel confident that Mom is safe and well cared for at The Village. We made the right choice. Thank you!

"Short on Staff, Residents Suffer"
They don't have enough staff to take good care of the residents here.
