Very disappointed
"Awful Care at Assisted Living Place, Poor Hygiene and Mistreatment"
I'm really let down by the treatment my family member got at this place. He went from being able to walk to being stuck in bed in just two and a half weeks. We have good reason to believe he was left lying in his own pee for at least 12 hours, which caused sores from the pee being on his skin too long. We found him using medicine that belonged to a different person. We never once saw him wash his own hands and he would give out medicine by mouth without even using gloves. The place was clearly not clean and the staff didn't seem to know when they needed to hire more help for the facility.

"A Safe and Loving Home"
For the first time in three years, I don’t worry about my mom’s well-being. She’s part of a caring family that laughs and supports each other. Most importantly, she doesn’t ask, ‘Are they nice to me? Do they like me?’ Despite her memory loss, she knows she’s safe and loved.

"Fantastic home with clean environment and attentive care"
The home was amazing. It was really clean. Bill is super friendly and seems really dedicated to the people he cares for. He mentioned that he charges more because he only takes care of 3 people at a time.
