"A Comforting Home for Loved Ones"
As a daughter, I wanted a home where both my parents could spend their final days comfortably and safely. They stayed in a master room with their own bathroom. An alarm was installed for my mother, so help would come if she got out of bed at night. I never hesitated to call the owners with any concerns. Overall, it was a positive experience for my family. Family investment and caring caregivers are essential for our loved ones.

"Facility Owners Demonstrate Greed Over Compassion"
The couple who run this facility are mean and heartless, only interested in the money they make from providing less than adequate care. I would strongly advise against endorsing them or any related establishments run by the family. They say they're Christian, but their actions show they follow a different set of principles.

"Not the Right Fit for Mom"
My tour was good for getting answers and seeing what the home is like. However, we got bad vibes and the people were not welcoming. I didn't want my mom to feel unwelcome, so we chose a different place.

"Inactive Residents and Mediocre Food at Care Home"
The person who runs this place is barely ever here. There’s only one caregiver, and my family member didn’t really get along with them. The food isn’t great—it’s all pre-packaged. And the residents? Well, they mostly just sit around in a not-so-clean environment.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Clean and cozy assisted living with caring family and good amenities"
We both liked the couple who own this assisted living home. The place was clean and tidy, and the menus looked good. They have three children who could be fun for the residents. There was a big master suite with a bathroom for Mom. Residents can bring their own furniture and belongings if they want. We weren't thrilled about the 'no shoes' rule but didn’t check if it applied to residents. Only women lived there, and it seemed like the couple didn’t care for men, which was fine with us. It seemed like there was staff available at night for residents' needs. We didn’t see any call buttons, but all bedrooms were off the main hallway. The family had their own living area. The grounds were nice, and even though the home was in a big community, it felt private. Other family members also helped care for residents. Marcela managed medications, there were visiting medical staff, and a nurse did assessments and regular check-ups.
