"Caring Staff, Phone Line Challenges, Highly Functional Community"
The people taking care of residents were really nice and paid attention. My family member likes them a lot. Just a heads up, it might not be easy to get a phone line set up here. Overall, it seems like a place where everything works well.

"Mixed Experience at Aegis Assisted Living"
Aegis had more of what we wanted for our loved one, but the rooms weren't as big or modern as other places. The kitchenette was small, and the building was older. The staff tried to convince us to stay even after we chose another community, which I found unprofessional.
