"Assisted Living Facility Doesn't Meet Needs or Communicate Well"

The place seemed good for my dad at first, but then some bad things happened that made us change our minds. The people who work there didn’t think about his allergies when they gave him food. They also didn’t listen to what our family needed. And when my dad got sick and had to go to the hospital, the owner wouldn’t let him come back, even for hospice care.
