"A Caring, Convenient Assisted Living Experience"
The staff is wonderful; they check on my mom daily. Everyone is friendly. Mom's apartment needs some cabinet attention, but the building is clean. The food is good and diverse, and there are plenty of activities. The surroundings, nestled among trees, are pleasant. Plus, it's conveniently close to Fred Meyer and Walmart. The van takes residents shopping, which my mom loves. .

"Mixed Feelings About Shelton Assisted Living"
My Dad kinda liked Shelton WA 'cause it's a small town with a Walmart. There was this restaurant he liked, but it's closed now. He stayed there for about a month and a half.

"Mixed Experience at Alpine Way"
At Alpine Way, the caregivers are great, but meals need improvement. Our loved one can't join activities, but the staff is friendly.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
The person who showed us around and sold us on the place was great. She was always on top of things and made moving in a breeze. My folks had a cozy room with tasty meals and a pretty view. But, oh boy, dealing with the office manager, Ginger, was tough. When I checked my last bill, it suddenly dropped by $900 after I asked about it. Makes me think about other seniors or the people handling their stuff – what if they don’t look at their bills close enough? My stepdad’s person in charge had a hard time getting a hold of the business manager too. It took many calls to get one back. And when they did talk, the manager’s attitude wasn’t nice. This person told me it feels like the place cares more about getting money and keeping us in the dark, especially with threats of extra fees for being late on payments. I tried to complain to the Better Business Bureau, but turns out, the company that runs the place isn’t even part of it.

"Quality of Care: 3 Stars"
The facility seemed understaffed, but I have no comparison. Mom fell frequently due to impatience and dementia. They could have checked on her more, especially once they realized her "independent" streak. They didn't allow us to use our home tools for alerts. Her multiple falls distressed the family. [[Value for Cost: 4 Stars]] Limited options in our town. Mom wasn't keen on the food, but that might be her preference. Covid restrictions prevented family from joining her for meals. They offered many options, but mom wasn't interested. They tried to involve her, and she attended a few activities. [[Summary:]] Alpine met our needs for hospice care, and we appreciate their staff. However, I sometimes felt they should be more attentive.

"Unhelpful Staff and Dirty Rooms: Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
The workers didn't call back, and the Sales Manager was mean. The rooms they showed were dirty. My husband even spotted poop on the bedroom wall. It's too expensive for what you get, and the staff isn't helpful.

"Caring Staff and Special Diet Accommodations"
The staff is amazing, and Mom loves it there. We’re dealing with food challenges, likely due to Covid and staffing. They’re going above and beyond for her special diet. Truly wonderful people.

"Friendly, Accessible Assisted Living with Activities"
The staff is super friendly, and everything is easy to reach. They offer transportation, going to town a few times each week. The community is tidy and has fun activities for residents. I'd recommend it to others.

"Alpine Made Moving My Brother-in-Law a Great Experience"
My brother-in-law was only at this assisted living facility for a short time, but we were really happy to have moved him from the nursing home before he passed away. It made things a lot easier for my sister, who was having trouble with the nursing home. Alpine understood what was best for our whole family and made sure it happened.

"Everything is going well at this clean, friendly facility"
They are doing a good job. We don't have any complaints. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's a clean place, and I would give them fives for that. We haven't had any problems with the food. So far, everything is going well.
