"Facility Feels Unwelcoming and Lacks Proper Amenities"

When we entered the facility, it was as cold as a fridge. We only saw two male residents around. While touring, one man stood by the slightly open door which really unsettled my husband. The backyard had just a worn-out swing set and no comfortable outdoor seating for residents. The owner didn’t even show us the bathroom or kitchen. We just lost interest and wanted to leave fast. The place seemed all wrong for our mother, who’s quite alert despite her stroke. Although the owner was friendly, the facility didn’t feel safe or suitable for our mom.
