"Assisted Living Fails Residents; Neglect and Poor Conditions"
This place cares more about money than people. My sister lives there and she’s always hungry and uncomfortable. They don’t take her anywhere and her room is dirty. Nobody helps her. I tried calling for help but no one answers. It’s really upsetting.

"Avoid this assisted living facility; unsafe, unhealthy, and unaccommodating."
My friend's aunt said, "The website promises 'daily activities,' but residents are stuck in their rooms all day, even during meals. They wouldn't follow my nephew's diet, even though they knew he needed it. Meals were terrible, like one slice of pizza and a jello for dinner. They claimed to be 'diabetic friendly' but didn't track carbs. They refused prepared meals from his mom because they said counting carbs was too hard. They even used his glucose test kit on another resident, which is dangerous." This place is not safe; don't send your loved ones here!
