"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
Our family visited in person, but the tour got off to a rocky start. The usual guide was on vacation, so someone else stepped in. The place felt too busy for our loved one, and we wanted something more secure.

"Good care with friendly staff, adjusting to post-Covid challenges."
I think the assisted living place is doing well considering what they've been through with Covid this past year. You should give it a chance. I don't visit often, but everyone seems nice. They seem like they need more staff, but I've heard that's a problem everywhere. They're trying to hire more people, but it's tough right now. I think the care they provide is good. They make sure my loved one takes her medications on time. It's mostly clean overall. Sometimes her room has a slight smell, but that's because of incontinence and taking out the trash. We're thinking of getting a diaper genie to help with that. If there's ever a problem, they call us and set up a time to talk and take care of it. The cost seems about the same as other places around here. Lately, they've been adding more activities. They have bingo, arts and crafts, and show movies weekly. During March Madness, they gave out t-shirts and showed basketball games. They also have a bus for city tours and walking trips.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Initially, I liked them. People were nice. Had issues with our loved one escaping, and one call was unpleasant. Probably frustrated. Unusual for his age to climb fences! Otherwise, good interactions. They stay in contact with my sister about his care.

"Community Worth Recommending for Memory Care"
The community is worth the money, especially for memory care. The room sizes are good, and they offer lots of arts and crafts. The food is okay, with one good meal and one not-so-good meal. Before COVID, they even tried to go out into the community.

"Great care and transportation; ensures proper meals for residents."
The facility has really worked with my family in caring for both my dad and mom. They ensure that they have everything needed, provide transportation to doctors and back, and make sure they eat properly.

"Brighton Court Assisted Living: Mixed Experience"
At Brighton Court Assisted Living, I appreciate that it's a smaller place. Since I live out of state, I can't visit my mom in person. But I like that I can call the front desk and ask for help. They're good at getting back to me. However, I'm not always sure if they follow through on requests. The food wasn't as good as I expected. My English mom has specific preferences, so that was disappointing.

"Cozy Assisted Living, but Mixed Experience Food Disappointing"
Brighton Court Assisted Living is smaller, which I like. I live out of state, so I can't see my mother often. I visited when she moved in. I keep in touch through emails and calls. It's good that I can call the desk and ask for things. They cooperate well with my requests and respond promptly. But sometimes, I'm unsure if they follow through on my requests. I'm not there to check. The food disappointed me. I've had both lunch and dinner there, and it wasn't as good as I expected. My English mother has specific preferences, so I was let down by that.

"Great care and support during a difficult time for my mom"
Brighton Court really helped me make a tough decision about my mom. I needed to find a safe, caring place for her quickly for a short stay. After sorting out her finances and selling her house, I plan to move her there for a permanent stay.

"Unwelcoming Visit: Dirty Lounge and Ignored by Staff"
I went to check out the place without an appointment. The person I talked to on the phone was nice and said it was okay to drop by. I called ahead, and they said she was there. When I got there, I signed in and waited for her. The lounge area was big, but the chairs were all dirty and there was a big dog there. I'm not a fan of dogs, so that wasn't great. I arrived at 9 am, and after waiting for about 20 minutes, I left without getting a tour or talking to the marketing person. I saw her talking to other people but didn't acknowledge me. I didn't see or hear any residents during my time there. Later, when I was in my car, I saw a few residents heading out on a field trip.

"Surprisingly Unimpressive Visit to Assisted Living Facility"
I had just managed to step into the front 'lounge' area of the assisted living facility without any prior appointment. I admit it wasn't a scheduled visit. The marketer that I had been discussing the place with over the call, was quite inviting and suggested to drop by at my convenience. I did call her roughly 20 minutes before my arrival and they confirmed her presence. Upon my arrival, I decided to check in and was told she would make her way shortly. I passed my time by looking around their spacious lounge, where I tried finding a clean chair to sit, on but found none. Each of them was soiled with stains and spill marks. Apart from the dirty chairs, there was this large white dog, presumably a labrador, that came my way. It quickly turned around, realizing I wasn't much of a pet person. I arrived around 9 am but after waiting 20 minutes without getting a tour or even a casual greeting from the marketing lady, whom I could see talking to various people without a rush, I decided to leave. Strangely enough, during this entire time, I didn't witness any residents nor heard any noise. I stepped into my car to make a call due to limited guest parking and only then saw a couple of residents leaving for their bus trip.

"Poor Care and No Help"
I didn't like this place. My dad got left in wet clothes twice, and they wouldn't help him. Instead, they sent him to the hospital. The staff didn't clean the bathroom properly either. "Place for Mom" didn't help me find it.

" "Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility""
I really wasn't happy with this place. My dad was neglected and left sitting in wet clothes for hours after the staff decided they couldn't look after him anymore. Rather than stepping in to assist, they just wanted him sent to the hospital and make it their problem. From my point of view, this place is short-staffed, especially on weekends. Even though employees had the responsibility to assist my dad with using the restroom, they didn't even bother to clean up afterwards. I would have to ask workers to clean the bathroom. The service, "A Place for Mom", wasn’t helpful at all in finding this residence.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place is really clean, but some staff aren't very friendly. The care levels can be confusing. The food is good overall.

"Overall, a Pretty Good Experience"
The place is really clean. Some staff aren't as friendly as expected, and understanding the care levels can be confusing. But overall, it's been pretty good.
