"Great staff, but watch the billing!"
Most of the staff were awesome. I chose it because the cost and location were great. I would recommend it to others, but be careful with the billing. Twice they tried to charge me for the whole month when Dad wasn’t there.

"Assisted Living with Cheerful Atmosphere and Accessibility"
Cordata Court makes loved ones happy. It's clean, has fun things to do, rides, and big rooms. My sibling uses a wheelchair, and the floors are easy to move on. The hallways are wide, and the elevators work great. The staff is nice.

"Good ratings but promised gardens not set up yet"
We chose this community because it had great ratings, a good location for my parents, and activities they liked. However, they promised gardens for residents, which haven’t been set up yet. This was a big selling point for my loved one, so we’re disappointed.

"Great care and rooms, but administration needs improvement"
Make sure you get your care plan written down right away and keep it updated every three months. Right now, there's no director or head nurse, which is a problem. Things were better before, but the main staff keeps changing. The everyday care staff are wonderful and do a great job, but the administration is a bit of an issue. My loved one enjoys the food, and the facility and rooms are very nice. The tall and low windows are great for sitting and looking outside, which other places don’t have. The windows alone made moving our loved one here worthwhile.

"Quality Decline and Concerns Spark Regulatory Intervention for Assisted Living"
My relative has been living in this place for three years now. At first, things were good, just like they told us during our tour. That's why we picked it, even though it's not cheap. We really care about my relative’s life quality and being part of a community. But then, Pegasus took over, and everything went downhill fast. Caregivers are leaving, and they're reporting the place to the state. The food went from okay to really terrible. It seems like the boss only cares about money, not about the people who live here or work here. They're not keeping up with the paperwork, which might mean trouble for the insurance that helps pay for care. My family is getting in touch with the state to try to fix things. I feel sorry for the staff who are still trying their best, but I can't honestly say anyone should live here anymore.

"Great Place with Lots of Activities, but Food Could Improve"
This place is great. The staff here is pretty good and knows what they are doing. Overall, it's been a good experience. My loved one living there doesn’t like the food much and prefers to cook for herself. The place is clean and doesn’t smell bad. There are lots of activities for the residents. There are about six to seven things happening every day like knitting, movies, drives in the country, and trips to the casino. I would recommend this place to families looking for options for their loved ones.

"Decent Place, Prefer Others More"
This place is nice, but I like the other two better. Thanks.

"Great service but too quiet during meal times"
I visited this facility because they have a great reputation and excellent customer service. It’s a smaller, well-established community. The staff are really friendly and always eager to help. During my tour, I spoke with the nursing staff, who were also very nice. The place was very clean, and everyone I met was pleasant. However, nothing really stood out to me. When I visited during meal time, the dining hall was much too quiet for the number of people there. Even though no one was talking, there were people around them. I would suggest this community, but it wasn’t the right fit for my husband.

"Not convenient for us, might suit others better."
Our family found this place too distant. It didn't match our moving needs. It might be okay for a family with different needs.

"Extra charges, but nice facility and kind staff."
I suggest everyone get things in writing. There are a lot of extra charges for care, and they are expensive. The facility is nice, and the people are very kind and patient with my mother.

"Great Staff, Needs Better Move-In Prep"
My uncle had a bit of a hard time adjusting to this community at first, but now he’s in the memory care unit and I couldn’t be happier with how great the staff have been. It’s a smaller unit, so he gets a lot of one-on-one time and they do trust-building exercises several times a week. The only issue I had was that the staff weren’t very prepared or organized when he moved in, especially in his room. That made it a bit tough for him to settle in.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Community at Brookdale Assisted Living"
Mom is still getting used to living at Brookdale. I’m really impressed with how friendly the staff is and how well they care for my mother. They try hard to get everyone involved in the daily activities. Mom seems okay with the food, and the place is clean.

"Disappointing Experience at Brookdale Assisted Living Facility"
Brookdale boasts about making residents feel welcome and entertained. However, we were let down when we saw staff ignoring residents' enthusiasm, even being disrespectful to performers. This raised a red flag during our tour, and I would think twice before placing a loved one here.
