"Neglected Care, Broken Promises: Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Experience"
I'm really disappointed with this place. They won't listen to what the doctor says even though they should know what to do. Also, the bus they're supposed to use for transportation still isn't working, so I'm giving them money for something I'm not getting, and they haven't said when it'll start again. There are other problems too.

"Assisted Living Falls Short on Promises"
The staff couldn't give the services our loved ones needed. Communication with family was poor. Facilities and services fell short of our expectations despite initial promises. Family had to step in.

"Assisted Living Facility Neglected Mom's COPD Needs, Bare Minimum Service"
My mom had a lung problem and needed oxygen all the time. She passed away because she couldn't breathe well while staying at Brookdale. Later, I found out from her diary that she told the nurse her oxygen wasn't working right, but they just said the machine might need fixing. Nobody at Brookdale helped her. They didn't even check her oxygen levels, call the company that gave her the machine, or make an appointment for her to see the lung doctor. They also didn't call me to let me know there was a problem. And when she got worse, they just sent her to the hospital in a taxi. They seemed nice and helpful when we visited, but once Mom moved in, they barely did anything to help her.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place, and it was alright. But it seemed more focused on selling rather than caring. The building didn't give off the friendly vibe we were hoping for.

"Clean and Cozy, But Limited Room Options"
I liked visiting this place. It looked neat and tidy, and they seemed to keep it clean all the time. But, the only thing I didn't like was they only had one-bedroom studios. My uncle needed a bigger space to feel comfortable moving from a house to a smaller apartment.
