Brookdale is super pricey. They charge you per month with a discount or without it. But guess what? You only get the discount if they take money straight from your bank. And don’t count on getting all the services you asked for, they often forget. But hey, they’ll still send you the bill! I’m in the process of moving my parent out of there right now. We’ve only been there for 6 months.

We really like how well Brookdale Foundation House takes care of our mom. She seems happy there. From what we've seen, we'd suggest this place to other families.

Certainly! Just because there’s a pull cord in the room doesn’t guarantee staff assistance. The everyday staff is fantastic, but the admin is just okay. Promises were made but not kept.
