"Frequent Staff Changes and Layout Disliked at Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo"
I visited several assisted living places, including Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo. Out of all of them, this one was the least helpful. The staff kept changing, which made things confusing. I went there twice, and each time, the Marketing person was different. I didn’t like this place overall, and the layout wasn’t to my taste.

"Good care but high transportation costs and extra expenses"
So far, things are going well. No place is perfect (not even our own home, but they really seem to care. The biggest problem is transportation to the Senior Center since they only offer rides to doctor appointments. I’ve had to use Visiting Angels 2-3 times a week, and the cost is very high. Someone should start a Driving Ms. Daisy business there’s a lot of money to be made.

"Decent care, fair price."
This place is pretty good. It's clean, and they're doing their best for my loved one. You have to stay involved and show you care. More staff would help, but the price is fair.

"Mixed Feelings About Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo"
I visited Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo, and I really liked it. The facility was super nice, but it was also the most expensive among the places we toured. During our visit, it felt oddly quiet—no one was out and about, and there was no activity whatsoever. My mother-in-law appreciated the tranquility, but my dad, who thrives on socialization, found it lacking. Maybe they have activities, but we didn’t see any during our tour.

"Assisted Living Tour Feedback"
We visited Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo. They're planning renovations. The place was okay, similar price to others nearby. Not our top pick. It felt a bit like a daycare, with baby dolls for memory care residents, which my mom wouldn't like. Also, the location was too distant for us.

We had a wonderful tour at Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo. The place was nice, but it was older and not as modern as some other places we visited.

"Brookdale Montclair: A Caring Community"
The staff and living arrangements at Brookdale Montclair are amazing. I feel comforted knowing my Mom is carefully watched over. The friendly, interactive staff and great activities make it a wonderful place. The grounds are perfect for walking and exercise. While the cost can be surprising, the value of their services and community is clear. My only complaint is the outdated cable service in the Poulsbo building. My Mom can’t watch her favorite shows without using her computer, which confuses her. Overall, I have nothing but praise for Brookdale Montclair and the community they’ve created!

"Couldn’t Accommodate Mobility Needs, Tour Was Okay"
I wanted to move my mom to this place because I liked their memory care. Sadly, they couldn’t take her due to her mobility issues. They didn’t have a lift, but they said they might get one later. The tour was okay.

"A Sweet and Clean Community!"
The people who work here are really nice. They always check on my mom and never get annoyed with her. The person who cleans her room and does her laundry is great. The food is good, and I'd tell others to consider this place.

"Assisted living rooms lack full kitchens, tour cut short"
We didn't see the full place because the assisted living rooms only have a microwave in the kitchen area.
