"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom's room has a lovely view, but the neighboring room's TV is noisy all day. Staff is great but possibly understaffed. Mom's gluten intolerance isn't accommodated during meals, and the 8 o'clock breakfast is too early for her.

"Quiet Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
My family member lives at Brookdale Walla Walla. Overall, it's okay. The place is in a quiet, wooded area, which is nice. But there's room for improvement. Sometimes they forget to clean the rooms, but they're getting better with reminders. The staff is caring, but some are still learning. The care quality can be inconsistent, but reminders help. The food is okay, but there used to be more options. Activities have improved recently. Transportation is tricky because they share with another facility. Dealing with the inconsistencies and lack of communication is stressful.

"Assisted Living Facility: Beautiful Setting, Staffing Challenges, Meal Options"
It's a lovely place worth considering. They struggle with staffing; newer staff needs more training. Residents have meal choices.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living: Friendly Staff, But Lacking Attention"
The people working there were really nice. But, folks with memory problems like dementia need extra help. They should get more chances to join in activities each day. I think my mom needed more personal care. The meals were alright, with different choices on the menu, and my mom always ate them. I told the staff to help my mom go to the bathroom every two hours, but they didn't always do it, and sometimes they waited as long as four hours. People with serious dementia need more help throughout the day than this place could give.

"Attentive Staff!"
The staff at this community has been really attentive to my loved one's needs while she's been in their care at this facility. I've noticed a lot of progress in her since she moved here—she's eating much better and enjoying activities with other residents. So far, we have no complaints and are pleased with how things are going. I'd recommend this place to anyone interested.

"Mixed Experience at Garrison Assisted Living"
The workers are nice but seem tired and don’t stay long. I think they might not get paid enough. The place looks good, like a comfy living room and a bright dining hall. Rooms are nice and clean. But the food is really bad, especially considering how much people pay for it. Some residents need a lot of help, which makes it hard for the staff to help everyone on time. This place isn’t any better than other places around here, maybe even a bit better.

" "Friendly Employees but Mediocre Services at Garrison Assisted Living""
The employees are cordial and strive to assist. However, it seems like they are overburdened, undercompensated, and switch jobs regularly (this is just a presumption based on my understanding of the local industry, as I don't have the exact details for Garrison). The overall environment is pleasant with a welcoming living room and dining area. The rooms are equally appealing and well-lit. The cleanliness and inviting nature of the place is commendable. However, the quality of meals is poor. Considering the money paid by the residents for food, they deserve better. Moreover, there are several occupants whose needs surpass the staff's capacity to provide adequate care promptly. Sadly, this scenario is not unique to this place and is common in other local facilities - it could be rated among the superior ones here.
