"Great care and activities, but cleaning staff can be slow"

The community has a great director, receptionist, and nursing staff who have been there for years and manage everything really well. They offer a calendar full of fun activities for the residents. My mom loves the meals and enjoys socializing with others. The lobby and dining room are always clean. However, the cleaning staff can sometimes be slow in getting to the residents' rooms to clean up spills and floors.
