"Mixed Experience at Clearwater Springs Assisted Living"
Our dad stays at Clearwater Springs Assisted Living. The people who take care of him are nice, but sometimes it takes a long time, like 20-30 minutes, for them to come when he calls for help. They also miss some days when they're supposed to help him shower. When we first brought him in, they just told us where his room was and didn't really welcome him properly. It took four hours for someone to come and say hi. It took weeks for us to get keys to his room. But the cleaning service is good and comes when they're supposed to. The managers listen to our problems and try to fix them. We were charged too much for the level of care he got, but it took a long time, like 2-3 months, to fix it. The place is clean and the food is tasty. Overall, I'd tell other people about it, but I'd also say they should keep an eye on their bills and talk to the managers if they have any problems.

"Caring Assisted Living with Challenges During Covid-19"
The place was really clean and nice to be in. I think my mom had a good time overall and they took good care of her. They tried their best even though it was hard. The people there were really nice and always talked to my mom and us, which we liked. I would say it’s a good place to go. It was a tough time because of Covid. The people who lived there couldn’t hang out together except when they ate. They didn’t always have enough workers because of Covid, so sometimes the residents had to wait a long time to get their meals.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Before signing a contract, thoroughly check out this assisted living facility. Talk to multiple staff members and visit on different dates. Most of the staff is friendly, but housekeeping isn't great. Prices are just plain crazy, like everywhere else. An open dining situation would be better; the current three-meal, one-hour program doesn't work well.

"Disappointing Tour Reveals Clearwater Springs' Unfriendly, Run-down Atmosphere"
My family and I visited Clearwater Springs Assisted Living, but we didn't find it very friendly. The place looked a bit old and worn-out compared to another community nearby.

"Caring Staff and Activities Shine"
The staff cared a lot, but we did most of the cleaning ourselves. Dad enjoyed the activities, and it was the best place he's been.

"Failed Expectations: Absolutely Awful Care Facility"
This place didn't keep any of their promises. They totally failed to meet our expectations and couldn't take good care of our family member. To us, it was awful. A truly bad experience.

"A Socially Active Choice"
I really liked Clearwater Springs, but we opted for a place where assisted living and independent living residents could socialize. Mom's youthful spirit guided our choice.

"Convenient Location and Medicaid Transition Advocacy Needed; Friendly and Helpful"
We picked Clearwater Springs because it’s close to family and allows Medicaid after a year. It’s a bit pricey but worth it. One issue is, being corporate, you have to speak up for things. They’ve had some employees spreading covid. Still, they’re very nice to my mother-in-law. She hasn’t experienced everything yet, so it’s hard to judge, but we’re happy so far.

"Mom loves it and it's close to home now"
Mom really loves this place. The staff is friendly, the food is decent, and the events they plan are fun. It's always clean here. We love it because she's now only 2 miles away instead of 28 miles and in a different state. No more crossing that dreaded bridge!

"Warm and Cozy Assisted Living with Friendly Staff"
We've been really happy with Clearwater Springs Assisted Living. We moved my mom in mid-October, and she has adjusted better than we thought she would. The staff is friendly and caring, and because it's not a huge place, they really get to know each resident well. Mom has made some friends and joined a few weekly activities. The only thing I would suggest is improving the food. Mom isn't happy with some of the menu choices. Other than that, we are very pleased with the warm, cozy, and inviting environment. We are so glad we found Clearwater Springs Assisted Living for my mom.
