"Cole AFH: Poor Care, Lack of Communication, Unprofessional Behavior"
I chose Cole AFH for my loved one. During the tour, everything seemed perfect. But problems arose soon after moving in. My loved one has Alzheimer's and sleepwalks. Despite the staff's claim of experience with Alzheimer's residents, they couldn't handle it. The owner prioritized cleanliness over my loved one's safety. Instead of finding solutions, they locked him in his room, then kicked him out without notice. This caused immense stress for both of us. Moving him again was difficult, but now he's thriving elsewhere. Cole AFH didn't even require paperwork, raising concerns about their legitimacy. It might be okay for those needing basic care, but for anyone else, avoid at all costs.

"Great care in a homey, small setting highly recommended"
My mom has lived here for over 2 years, and our family is really happy with the care she gets. The staff is very friendly, caring, and they spend a lot of time with the residents. Since it’s a small place, it feels more like a home than a big hospital. I wish everyone could live in a place like this. They do a great job of meeting each patient's needs.
