"Assisted Living Review: Friendly Staff, Activities, Food Could Improve"
The people who work here are nice, and they set up things for the people who live here to do. I think they don't have enough people working, and the food isn't as good as it was when we first brought our loved one here. I think this place is okay.

"Poor management, inadequate care, rude treatment, forced extra payments."
My Mom stayed here. New management is rude. Care declined.

"Assisted Living: Mixed Experience with Staff and Food"
I recommend paying attention to follow-up communication. The staff is short-staffed. Caregivers are friendly but lack time for extra tasks during COVID lockdown. The food variety is good, but portions are small. They offer shopping trips and bingo.

"Unacceptable Care and Service at High-Cost Assisted Living Facility"
Definitely do not bring your family here. My mother was a resident and there was a constant turnover of staff, from management to nursing to kitchen and care personnel. There's an evident lack of communication amongst them. I regret not moving her to a different facility sooner. The food is generally unacceptable. They usually fed her in her room, after everyone else had eaten. Once, the cook even forgot to prepare her meal and just left. The very thought of it still gets me upset. Despite the high cost of living there, the standard of care failed to meet the charges. The only concern seemed to be raising her rates, indicating a change in her health plan. However, as her rates soared, the quality of care plunged. There was no trace of empathy or accountability.

"Caring Assisted Living with Some Food Disappointments"
My mom isn't completely happy about living in a retirement community, but I hope she'll adjust over time. The facility is older, but they generally keep it clean. The staff is friendly and treats her well, although the food has been a bit disappointing. Overall, I'd recommend it.
