"Reasonable Prices and Friendly Staff, but Small and Far Location"
Our family visited the facility in person. The tour was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly. However, the place was too small, and it was located too far from our home. Nevertheless, their prices were reasonable.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The place seemed pretty with fancy decorations. But because of COVID, there weren't many activities happening. Still, during the tour, there was a weird smell in a few spots, which was unexpected since they handle residents' laundry.

"Clean and Caring Facility, No Medicaid Accepted"
I liked Evergreen Place a lot and was thinking of choosing them. The only reason we didn’t is because they don’t take Medicaid. But the place was super clean. It looked like they really care about giving good care.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Community"
The staff here were friendly, but another community stood out as the best overall. Unfortunately, this place lacked a Medicaid option, which was necessary. Additionally, the environment felt less social than what I wanted for my loved one.

"Poor Care and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
I want others to know that during my mom’s stay, she had to sleep in dirty sheets. They didn’t wash her clothes or give her a bath. When my daughter took her out for lunch, no one even noticed she was gone. Her shower curtain was on the floor for days, and her trash can was overflowing. They didn’t take care of her like they should have. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

" 'Last Resort Retirement Home: Unbearable Conditions and Incompetent Management' "
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It seems to be the poorest facility in our state, and it feels like it's ruled by bullies rather than professionals. It practically screams of corporate greed. There are no fun activities for the residents, the apartments are just straight-up filthy, and the food is the absolute worst. The folks running the place feel like a circus act, like they wouldn't know what they're doing if it hit them in their face. Confusion is also rife among the staff, with workers quitting in the middle of their shifts, and residents packing their bags every week. The person in charge is just horrific. What gets me the most is that these people, the residents, pay an enormous amount of money to live in unsanitary conditions, eat unpalatable food and be treated like they are non-entities. No one should have to deal with that. The place should be closed and forgotten. Worse still, they also have untrained and uncertified workers. For your own sake, don't let your loved ones stay here.
