"Profit-Driven Owners, Unqualified Staff, No Compassion"
The owners are always absent. The employees seem inexperienced and unprepared to provide necessary assistance. My spouse suffered from serious bed sores and had multiple falls. It seems like the only time we see the owners is when they come to collect the check. They lack any kind of empathy.

"Assisted Living Review: Kind, but Needs Better Care"
This place was okay, but they didn't take good care of my family member. They were friendly, which was nice, but some of the workers seemed a bit strange. Another thing that bothered me was that the staff lived there with their children, so it was never really quiet for the residents.
