"Not So Great for Loved Ones"

The place wasn't very clean, and I wouldn't want my loved one to stay there.

"Franklin Place: A Top-Notch Assisted Living Facility"

Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. The place is really clean, and they explain everything clearly. They made things easy for us, and the staff is top-notch. My loved one has a studio with a bed, a bathroom, and a little kitchen area. Housekeeping comes by every day to take out the trash and check the bathroom. They also do a deeper cleaning once a week. Communication with our family is great. If I have questions or something comes up, they let me know. They offer fun activities like bingo, dominoes, arts, gardening, and card games. There are puzzle stations in the hallway, and they even have a computer center. They'll drive you to doctor appointments on specific days, although we haven't used that service yet. Overall, I recommend Franklin Place!

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility"

The place costs less at first, but extra charges add up fast. The care is okay, but I wish they gave more personal attention for what you pay. Sometimes the staff aren't super helpful, especially on evenings and weekends. Weekdays are usually better.

"Gloomy and outdated place, not worth the visit."

We didn't like Franklin Place. They were fixing it up, but the building is too old. It was dim and sad.

"Tour was excellent, but the place felt dark and gloomy"

I didn't like this place much. It felt dark and gloomy. But the tour was excellent and well-organized.

"Dim Atmosphere at Assisted Living Facility"

The place seemed a little gloomy, maybe because of dim lighting and unkempt grounds.

"Inconsistent meals, older residents, affordable community"

Meals inconsistent, residents much older, but affordable community.

"Mixed Experience at Franklin Place Assisted Living"

The place is nice and cozy. The staff works really hard, but they do change quite a bit. The food, though? Not great. They've been going in and out of lockdown because of the pandemic. Unfortunately, there aren't any fun activities for the residents at Franklin Place. On the bright side, it's affordable for families and residents.

"Cozy place, unsure if suitable for dad."

Small and well-maintained, it has a cozy feel. Not sure if it’s right for my dad, but might revisit later.

"Small, Cozy Assisted Living with 3 Stars"

was super friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and shared valuable information. The apartment floor plans were spacious and well-organized. The one-story facility is great for those who can't use stairs or elevators. I gave it 3 stars because it's a small, older place with just 48 apartments.

"Missed Opportunity for Full Facility Use"

Even though I only met them briefly, everyone was friendly and seemed caring. Unfortunately, my father passed away on the second day after being admitted, so he didn't get a chance to fully use the facility.

"Nice facility with good activities, minor check-in issues"

When I first visited the property, it looked very nice, clean, and cozy, which is why I chose it. They have a list of daily activities posted in the lobby to keep everyone informed. They also provide transportation for outings and doctor’s appointments. The food is okay; they have a daily changing menu and a backup menu if you don’t like what’s being served. The staff is mostly good, though there were a few minor issues. On the day I was supposed to check in with my loved one, no one seemed to know we were coming, and it was a bit disorganized. However, it was eventually sorted out. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.
