"Exceptional care and kindness during a difficult time at Garden View"
We chose Garden View Care because of its beautiful setting and calm, organized environment. When Mom came home from the hospital, her condition was worse than we expected, and she wasn’t expected to live much longer. Many places might have turned us away, but Veronica not only kept her promise to take care of Mom but also worked hard with Hospice SW to get all the necessary medications and equipment ready. She welcomed our whole family and made us feel at home whenever we visited. She even sat with us, offering tea when we were overwhelmed, and was always there to answer our questions. The staff at Garden View was dedicated to providing excellent care, making sure Mom was as comfortable and dignified as possible. She was always clean and dressed in fresh clothes when we visited, and her room was always neat. I know Veronica stayed up many nights to ensure Mom received the best care. We didn’t have to worry about the details; we could focus on spending time with Mom during her last days. When she passed away on the 8th day, Veronica supported us and shared in our grief. We are deeply grateful for her. Veronica made a tough time easier for us all, and we will always remember her dedication and kindness.
