"Best care and loving home for Mom – highly recommended!"

I can't understand why someone gave a bad review. Maybe they reviewed the wrong place or work for a competitor. Mom was in hospice care, and her doctor thought she had just a few months left when Gratiana kindly took her in at Golden Hill Adult Family Home in Shoreline. She was cared for so well that she stayed there for six years! Every day, I felt great knowing she was in the best place. Mom was loved, bathed, groomed, fed, and interacted with daily, even when we weren't there. Sometimes we came by and found Mom all dolled up, just to feel pretty. Gratiana even started loving football because Mom was a Seahawks fan, and they watched every game together. We lived nearby and visited often for six years, and I never saw anything wrong or neglected. The food was tasty and made on-site. Medications are securely stored, and the staff is friendly and professional. The place is spotless. I couldn’t recommend this adult family home more. Thank you, Gratiana!

"Golden Hill: Exceptional Care for Your Loved Ones"

I’m so happy my mom spent her last 6 years here. She was on hospice with only a few months left when she moved to Golden Hill, but the care she got helped her live for years longer. It was such a relief knowing mom was always comfortable and well cared for. I totally recommend Golden Hill adult family home.

"Disastrous experience, poor treatment and no outdoor activities!"

This place was just plain awful! The folks running it were so mean, they wouldn't even speak English properly and they'd shut the door right in your face. They never took the people living there out for a walk, all they did was keep the poor folks locked up inside. The only time I ever saw someone leave was when they were already dead. Don't you dare take your family members here!

"Disrespectful Staff and Horrible Conditions at this Facility!"

This place was an awful experience to go through! The staff is incredibly rude, their English is not understandable, and they've closed the door right in my face! They never bring anyone outside for a simple walk, everyone is just kept inside all the time. The only time I've seen someone leave was when they were deceased. DO NOT bring your loved ones here!!!

"Beautiful Assisted Living Home with Attentive Care"

This home is beautiful both inside and out! It's nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. When I arrived, the owner and their two small dogs, theme greeted me at the door. Each room has a hospital bed unless residents prefer to use their own. The owner lives upstairs, and the house has six rooms with two CNA's available 24/7 (one at night). Meals are served at 8:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 4:30 PM, with snacks as needed. All rooms have bathrooms, and they even have a Hoyer lift. Medications are securely stored, and grooming, dressing, and shaving services are provided. Laundry is done daily, and residents are responsible for their own undergarments. While there are no planned activities, patients can take a walk in the neighborhood if they wish.

" "Good Looking Home with Full-Time Care, but Lacks Planned Activities""

The house looks great, both inside and outside. It's decorated really well and is super clean. There's an owner who lives upstairs and two small dogs that welcome you at the door. Each room has a hospital bed, but if the person staying there wants, they can use their own bed. The house has six rooms and there are always two CNAs, or nursing assistants, working all the time, including one at night. Every room has a bathroom. They even have a Hoyer lift, which can really help to move people who need it. All the meds are safely locked up. People living there can get help with things like grooming, dressing and shaving, and the laundry is done every day. However, they need to bring their own underclothes. There aren't any planned activities for everyone, but people can go for a walk in the neighborhood whenever they want.
