"Warm, Clean, and Friendly Assisted Living Home"
This place was really nice! It was super clean and the people working there were really nice. Everyone who lived there seemed happy and clean too. The food looked yummy and the outside area was neat. We signed up to wait for a spot here.

"Secured one-level community with great activity centers"
I visited this community. I liked how everything was on one level and secure. The activity centers in the hallways were a really cool idea for a memory care community.

Heritage House is amazing! The caregivers are super nice to our mom. Since we moved her to the memory care facility, our family feels so much better knowing she can’t leave anytime she wants.

"Great place with friendly staff and clean facilities!"
We are very happy with Heritage House. It’s a great place! The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and care for the residents well. I think they could use a few more staff members, and it would be better if all care staff were fully licensed. But overall, they’ve done an amazing job, and I highly recommend them!

"Great food and memory care, but some communication issues"
We’re pretty happy with this place. The activities are nice, but they always happen in the same spot. Sometimes there’s confusion between the caregivers and the people who update families, which is our only concern. The food is great definitely a five-star in our book. We really liked that it focuses on memory care. The layout is good too; it’s a big loop so residents don’t get lost. There are areas that remind them of their old jobs, like an office with a typewriter and filing cabinets, and a mechanic's shop with a toolbox.

"Satisfied with some concerns, great food, and thoughtful layout."
We're pretty content with them. The activities are nice, but they're always in the same spot. Sometimes there's confusion between the caregivers and the family updates. That's our main worry. Food deserves a perfect score, really impressed. We appreciate the focus on memory care. The layout is cool, like a big circle so residents can't get lost. They've set up spaces that mimic workplaces, like an office with a typewriter and filing cabinets, or a mechanic shop with tools.
