"Convenient Location with Charming Atmosphere"

The assisted living facility was pleasant. It looked a bit old-fashioned, but the neighborhood was good, despite being next to a busy street. Overall, it was easy to walk around, which was nice.

"Great Tour but Too Urban and Expensive"

We enjoyed the tour given to us and her assistant. Staff showed us part of the tour. We felt the area was more "city lifestyle" than we wanted. Also, the rent was higher than we could afford.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

Not the worst, but not great. They got a new director, and she really turned us off; she was quite aggressive. At first, we liked the staff, but they had a lot of people leaving. Elderly folks don’t handle change well. They aren’t very flexible. The shower had a tricky step. The mini fridge was on the closet floor—old and needs updating. The newer half is nice. Only two dinner times, and sometimes they ran out of food during the second one. The food quality dropped. Special occasions had a great spread, but that’s not the regular fare.

"Smooth Move-In Process with Friendly Staff and Caring Atmosphere"

The move-in process was simple, and everyone was nice and helpful. My mom is just settling in, so I can’t say much about the future, but finding her an apartment and setting up her care has been easy. The staff truly seems to care about all the residents.
