"Great care and happy resident for 6 years"
My mother has lived here for 6 years, and I'm impressed with the good care she gets. The place gets better every year, and my mother is very happy here.

"Great location; recommended for families needing senior living options"
What our family likes best about Kenmore Senior Living is its location. Overall, it's a nice place, and we would suggest it to other families looking for a home for their loved ones.

"Great service, but noisy and unsafe at the other place"
You provide a great service! I checked out two homes and picked this one because it was a better fit for it. The other place was next to a really busy road that felt unsafe, and the common areas were noisy. They had very little outdoor space, and what they did have was paved and not very nice. The memory care room was also quite small for a single unit. However, the staff were really friendly.

"Senior Living Disappoints with Ignored Allergies and Salesman's Attitude"
We visited Kenmore Senior Living while looking for a place for our family member. They didn't get my family's food allergies and didn't take my loved one's needs seriously. The person who showed us around said some things that didn't sit well with us.

"Needs Improvement: Assisted Living Facility Review"
The bathroom needs fixing. It's okay overall. The dining room is really noisy. The food is often not hot.

"Staff Kind but Insufficient, Training Lacking; Food Poor Quality"
This place has nice people working there, but there aren't enough of them, and they don't know enough about what they're doing. The ones who are there are nice and care about the people they're helping. But they don't get paid enough to live on. Also, the food isn't good, especially for older folks like me.

"Great first impression, less impressed the second time!"
I recently visited this community to look at options for my dad. On our first visit, the dude who showed us around was great and really knew his stuff. When we came back with my mom for another tour, I wasn’t really wowed by the lady showing us around. She didn’t seem to have a lot of knowledge and couldn't answer my mom's questions. Also, I noticed the second time we were there that the elevator wasn’t working, and the place seemed kinda dark.

"Smaller, but Kind Staff; Limited Availability: Tour Experience Review"
I visited this place with my family to see if it would be a good fit for my loved one. The staff were really nice to us and showed us around, explaining everything they have and answering all our questions. Unfortunately, they didn't have the space I needed for my dad, and I was hoping for a smaller place for him to live in.

"Great place to check out!"
We visited the place, but the main coordinator was absent. Still, it was a good experience, and they answered all our questions. I would suggest this community.

""Awful management doesn't seem to care about residents""
The caretakers are nice, but the bosses are really bad. They just don't seem to worry about the people they're supposed to look after.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short; Lacks Appeal for Seniors"
During our visit to this place, most things seemed okay. The staff was friendly, which made my dad and me feel at ease. However, the place didn't seem remarkable at all. It felt plain, and there wasn't anything special that caught my dad's attention to consider moving in. In summary, it wasn't the right match for my dad.

"Excellent care and friendly staff make this a top choice"
I picked this place for my dad because the staff is really nice, they offer great care, fun activities, and they make sure everything works for us. They didn’t worry about his care needs or his switch to Medicaid later on.

"Great care, clean rooms, and fun weekly shopping trips"
The staff here really takes good care of the residents. The place and the rooms are always clean and smell nice. They also take residents on weekly trips to stores like Wal-Mart. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

"Nice Place Overall, Some Room for Improvement"
Brookdale Kenmore seems pretty good overall. The place is nice, always clean, and the staff are friendly. My loved one settled in well and mostly enjoys it. But there are a couple of things they could work on. First, they only have one washer and dryer for everyone, which can be tough to schedule. Also, the transportation service could be better. They go to Wal-Mart and Dollar General weekly, but my loved one struggles to get to her bank.

"An Understaffed and Uncaring Assisted Living Facility"
This place feels more like a nursing home than an assisted living facility. There are only a few independent residents here. The management seems uncaring. They are really nice when they are assessing your loved one, but after that, they barely pay attention to your loved one. Brookdale's recent takeover by Kenmore means the company is on a tight budget and the place is badly understaffed. It's rare to find an associate level worker who speaks clear English. The caregivers are generally friendly, but they seem unhappy because they're badly underpaid. I would never bring my loved one here. The company is too miserly for what your loved one gets.

"Great place with friendly staff and helpful service"
My experience with Brookdale Kenmore has been great! They were very helpful during the tour and move-in, working hard to make sure the spend-down plan worked out. I don't visit often because I don't live nearby, but from what I saw on the tour, it's a lovely place with friendly staff!

"Brookdale Is Doing Well"
Brookdale is doing well. I don’t have any complaints. The food looks and smells good. However, there’s a slight disconnect between how serious my loved one’s condition is and how management responds. They’ve been helpful when we need something. It would be nice if they were more proactive in helping residents socialize.

"Exceptional Care and Comfort at Spring Estates"
I recently moved my parents into Spring Estates, and I’m so impressed with how they take care of them. The staff is really warm and loving, and they manage my parents' medication perfectly. This has made a huge difference, especially for my dad, who used to take his meds on his own. The food is great, even better than I expected! I wouldn’t want my parents anywhere else. I’m very thankful to the Spring Estates staff for treating my parents like their own family.

"A Decent Place for Mom, Though Pricey"
My mom's in this place, and it's okay. It's for folks with memory issues, and they seem to keep it clean. The people there are nice, and they're taking care of her, but it's really expensive. I guess the care is good, but it's hard to tell since it's her first time in a place like this. She's not easy to handle, but they're trying their best!

"Justin's great; Spring Estates is clean and well-managed!"
He was fantastic. He met with me privately to discuss K's needs and medical history, which I really appreciated. We went over their pricing and community before touring the facility. The place is spotless and very well-managed! They have a model where residents can stay as they age, with a secure memory care unit nearby. They are very close to a fire station and emergency response system. The rooms can fit a queen-sized bed at most, which might be an issue, and they have limited availability. They offer shared living options, which are more affordable and interesting. Overall, Spring Estates does an excellent job.
