"Good food, but needs better staff retention and nursing care"
My loved one enjoyed the food. They need to work on keeping their staff because a lot of them left. The nursing care also needs improvement. The in-house therapy was really good. My advice to other families is to visit often and keep an eye on things. Go several times a week to check on your loved one.

"Disappointed: Not the Posh Life Promised"
The living spaces feel worn-out and the appliances seem ancient. They don’t work like they should anymore. The air conditioning and heating units are really old and make a lot of noise. The swimming pool is broken and it looks like it won’t get fixed or open again. The small restaurant inside has shut down, and it probably won’t open back up. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and look used up. When something in the apartment breaks, it can take a really long time for someone to come fix it. They often don’t have enough of the food or desserts they say they’ll have for dinner. This place isn’t the fancy living that they show in their ads.

"Friendly place for meetings, classes, and retirement living"
Awesome spot for meetings and lunch. I went to AAA driving classes and monthly retired teachers' meetings/lunches here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It's a great location for retirement living with good prices!

"Great care, but the pool needs to open soon"
The staff at this facility treats my mom just like they’d want their own parents to be treated. If only they could get the pool open..
