"Disappointed with Gencare: Bad Smell, Location, Floor Plan"

I don't get why Gencare is seen as a competition for . When we went for a tour, we knew we wouldn't like it right away. It smelled bad, the place wasn't in a good spot, and we really didn't like how the rooms and building were set up.

"A Welcoming Assisted Living Option"

My loved one stayed at this facility for a while. It's a lovely place clean, welcoming, and with friendly staff. While it might suit Assisted Living better than Memory Care, I'd recommend it to others. .

"A Welcoming Home for Loved Ones"

If you want a place where your loved one feels like family, this is it. We visited many communities, but here, we truly feel at home. The staff is friendly and knows us by name. The front desk is welcoming, and the well-lit garden is immaculate.

"Cozy Assisted Living: Friendly Staff and Homey Atmosphere"

I checked out this place when searching for a home for my loved one. However, I didn’t pick it because I wanted something new. The decorations were fine, and it felt cozy. The guide was nice and knew a lot. What stood out were the room setups. I’d suggest it to others.

"Clean, secure community with friendly staff and some minor issues"

Mom is still getting used to living here. The place is clean, and the grounds look nice. The memory care area is small and secure. The assisted living area is bigger and a bit nicer. We’ve had a few small problems, like her clothes going missing. The staff are friendly and encourage her to join in daily activities.

"Assisted Living Visit: Nice Place, Lacks Activity, Limited Options"

I visited this assisted living place and it's really nice. The person who showed us around was friendly, but they didn't seem to know much about the place. It seemed kind of quiet when we were there, not much going on. And unfortunately, they didn't have an apartment that would work for my loved one.

"Better Choice for Mom's Dementia Care, Friendly Staff and Clean Environment"

This community was a better choice for my mom's dementia. The staff was friendly and informative about pricing and packages during our tour. I believe my mom would have received the personal attention and assistance she needs. The community appeared clean, and the residents seemed pleasant. Ultimately, my sister chose a different location.

The community cost more than expected. Rooms were small, but people were friendly and the place was clean.

"Mom is happy and well cared for at Madrona Park."

Mom is now living at Madrona Park. She’s meeting new people and getting comfortable. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and we’re happy with the care and activities. My brother handles the finances, so I can’t speak on that.

My mother does activities every day. We picked this place because it’s near our home. We toured it and liked it.
