"Great manager, peaceful place, but some staff issues"

The manager here is great. He’s hired some new staff, and while I’m okay with most of them, I’ve had some problems with one person. But that’s just part of the process. Overall, it’s a fantastic place very calm and peaceful. It’s really making things easier for me.

"Calm and Stress-Free Living"

So far, the manager is a great guy. He's hired some new people. Some are good, but I’ve had issues with one of them. That happens sometimes. It's just a wonderful place, very relaxed and quiet. It’s saving me a lot of stress.

"Amazing care and kindness at Magic Hands!"

I can't say enough good things about Magic Hands. Letting go of our parents to someone else was really hard, but the owner made it easier with their kindness and love. It felt like they cared for our parents as if they were their own.

"Great outdoor space, but limited personal storage and activities"

The place has a great setting and nice outdoor areas. There's a lovely backyard with a garden, covered patio, barbecue, and a table with chairs. Inside, there's plenty of space for residents to move around with walkers without feeling crowded. However, I didn’t see many activities for residents to join in on. There's not much room for personal items like furniture or belongings though you can bring your own bed and dresser. There’s no registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) on-site. They do offer many outings for those who want to go. Plus, George knows all the best donut shops from Lake Tapps to Olympia!

"Spacious Grounds and Activities, Limited Personal Space"

This place has a great yard and nice inside areas. There’s a cool patio with a grill and tables. Inside, there’s plenty of space for folks using walkers. But there aren’t many activities for residents to do. Also, there’s not a lot of room for your own stuff, just a bed and dresser. They don’t have registered nurses or licensed practical nurses. But they do have lots of outings, and George knows all the best donut shops around!
