"Great Staff, Needs More Help"
Emerald City Senior Living doesn’t have enough workers, but the people who work in the dining room are awesome, especially the chef. The person who plans our activities is also really good. Most of the staff are super nice.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Some Food Issues"
They’re really nice folks. The food isn’t amazing, and they’re a bit short-staffed, but overall, very friendly.

"Long Wait Times for Care Caring Staff Need More Training"
The staff are really nice, but some don't know exactly how much help we need, and sometimes it takes them over 30-45 minutes to come help us when we call.

"Mixed Feelings About Busy Street Location"
Our family took an in-person tour, which was nice. However, the community is right next to a busy street, and we didn't want our loved one exposed to all the traffic noise.

"Quality Meals and Stimulating Environment in Assisted Living Facility"
Our family member can only have liquids, so we can't judge the meals directly. But the food looks appetizing. We've only been in the memory care area, but the assisted living part seems lively and engaging.

"Affordable, Stylish Assisted Living with Helpful Staff and Shuttle"
They are cheaper than any other place I found nearby. It’s a nice community that looks like a 4-star hotel. The apartments are a good size. They offer restaurant-style dining where you choose from a menu. The staff has been really helpful. However, it’s not within walking distance for residents. They have a shuttle bus that takes them shopping every week.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility"
My mom stays in the assisted living part. It looks nice and clean. But they often don't have enough staff, so it takes a long time for them to come when she presses the call button. Sometimes, she waits more than an hour to get food. She gets three good meals every day, and she likes some of the daily activities. I might suggest it to others, but I have some concerns.

"Mixed feelings about care; Great community with room for improvement"
My mom lives here, and while it's a nice place, I'm worried about the caregivers not being attentive enough. Sometimes it takes them 45 minutes to respond after she presses the call button. Once, she fell in the kitchen and had to wait for help for an hour. I'm talking to the supervisor to fix these problems. Still, I'd say it's a good community overall - clean, friendly, and the management is responsive. Mom's apartment is decent, but the food can be hit or miss if you're late. The medical staff is excellent, though. There's one caregiver, she, who's fantastic, but she's sick right now. Maintenance is prompt and polite, which is great. I believe they can fix the issues here.

"Considering Sunrise of Edmonds, despite missing tour guide due to illness."
It was an okay, nice place. The person I was supposed to have the tour with wasn't there because of a medical thing. But I'm thinking about visiting Sunrise of Edmonds.

"Assisted Living Review"
First, I want to give a shout-out to the dining room staff at this community. The chef makes delicious meals, and the ladies who care for the residents during mealtime are fantastic. They’ve been great to my loved one, and I appreciate that. However, the salesperson oversold us, and the reality hasn’t matched the promises. The staff always seem rushed, and it takes forever to get help when you ring the bell. It’s hit or miss here, and overall, I’m not happy with the experience. If you’re not super mobile, this might not be the right place for you.
