"Poor communication and care; heartbreaking outcome."
This place is not good. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go there. I was in charge of the person who stayed there. They had a stroke. But the people at the place didn't call me. The hospital had to call me after a long time. And then, he died in the hospital. I guess I should've asked a lawyer for help, but it was really tough for me.

"Meals Disappointing, but Friendly Staff and New Facility"
The staff and residents are really friendly. The facility is new and well-designed. But the meals can be a problem. Sometimes it takes up to 2 hours to get food, and it's often cold. Not quite the gourmet meals they promised. My mom now sticks to sandwiches and cereal. Disappointing since good food was a big reason for moving here. .

"Friendly Staff and Excellent Food!"
I chose this new facility for my loved one because it's close to me. Although there were minor issues initially, they've been resolved. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I'm pleased with the excellent food variety prime rib, stew, and BBQ. I recommend it to other families.

"Limited but Positive Experience"
When my mom was part of this community, she received good care and enjoyed her stay. Although it's a new facility without an AL license yet, they made up for it by getting help from an outside agency. Overall, it was a positive experience.

"Friendly Staff and Informative Tour at Merrill Gardens"
When I visited Merrill Gardens at Auburn, I found it very pleasant. The staff were friendly, and the tour guide was informative. Ultimately, we chose a different community for my mother.

"Nice place but a bit too busy for my taste"
The place seemed nice when I visited. It's in a busy area, though, and I was hoping for somewhere a bit quieter. The people I met were friendly.
