"Assisted Living Visit Disappointing, No In-Room Laundry Available"
Our visit to Merrill Gardens wasn't as thorough as the one we had at the place we ultimately chose. They didn't spend as much time with us or provide a meal. It was during Covid, so things were slowly reopening. But what made us decide against it was the absence of in-room laundry facilities.

"Touring This Place Was Helpful but Out of Our Budget"
I took a tour here and the staff was really helpful and answered all my questions. The place was nice overall, but it was too expensive for us. I suggest checking out a few different places before making a decision.

"Lively Atmosphere for Educators, Consider Distance for Elderly Loved Ones"
I visited this place while searching for a home for my Mother-In-Law. The community here felt lively and interesting. Many of the people living here used to be teachers or professors. It was almost my second choice, but it's a bit farther away than the other place we liked. They have lots of activities, although there aren't as many residents as old as my in-law. The person who showed me around knew a lot and made a good impression. I think other families might like this place too.

"Lively, stimulating atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, recommend to others"
I toured for my Mother-In-Law. Lively, stimulating, retired educators. Slightly distant, fewer elderly residents. Knowledgeable tour guide. Recommend to others.

"Friendly Staff and Good Food at This Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is really friendly, the food tastes good, and the cleaning crew does a great job. It’s still early, so I can’t say much more for now.

"A Wonderful Visit to Merrill Gardens at the University"
We were super happy with our visit to Merrill Gardens at the University. You all deserve a five-star rating. We’re not residents yet, but it feels good to know Merrill Gardens at the University will be there for us when we need it, which might be soon. We’ll be back in Seattle in late August and hope to visit again. Please say hi to Pete and Ruth for us. We loved their garden apartment. Cheers!

"Urban, Modern, and Convenient!"
Super modern and city-like. Lots of stuff to do, and many things are within walking distance. The apartments are modern, and the shared spaces are good. Definitely a strong option.
