The assisted living facility has an excellent staff and provides good service.

"Safety Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"

Uh-oh! This place doesn't have private bathrooms, and I'm kinda concerned about the stairs. The gate at the top isn't strong enough, and someone might take a tumble.
