"Inconsistent Service and High Turnover at Pacifica"
Pacifica is okay, but it's the top choice in Ellensburg. My father's clothes sometimes get mixed up during laundry. He loses some and gets some that aren't his. The snack options are limited and there's not much diversity in meals. This wasn't what we were shown during our visit. I've seen better facilities in Washington and Arizona that cost less. They should increase the staff's pay to reduce the high employee turnover.

"Assisted Living Tour Okay, but Denied Admission Last Minute"
The tour was fine, so we chose them. Moving her furniture was hard. But they said no at the end, saying she didn't have enough money.

"Great communication and regular FaceTime visits."
The caregiving team is amazing, always in touch and communicative. They arrange regular FaceTime sessions for us to see our loved one.
