"Not Recommended for Others"

We can talk to them, but I'll find a cheaper place for my loved one. What we pay doesn't match what we get. I wouldn't suggest this facility to others.

"Smaller Community, But Food Needs Work & Director Absent"

This place is good if you like smaller communities. But the food could be better. Also, they haven't found a new community activity director for three months.

"Mixed Quality of Care at Assisted Living Facility"

The people in charge mean well, but sometimes the care we get changes depending on who's working. Even though the nurse said our family member needs top-level care, it doesn't feel like we're actually getting that. So, I don't think it's worth the money.

"Friendly staff but food and housekeeping need improvement"

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. However, the food doesn’t match what you see on their website or in their information folder. It often looks like reheated leftovers. Housekeeping could use some work, like fixing the sticky bathroom floors and dealing with stains on the carpet after spills. The Activities Director was amazing, but they just left. I hope they find someone else as caring and enthusiastic as the last one! Overall, it's a nice place, and they are great at responding to questions and discussing care needs.

"Different Setup, Good Tour, But Chose Another Place"

Our visit to Pacifica Lynnwood was good. We checked out this place and another Pacifica nearby, and they seemed different from most other places. They have small cottages, which might be great for some people but not for others. Overall, I didn’t feel as positive about it as I did about the place we decided on.

"Facility Struggles with Dementia Care Requirements"

The assisted living place didn’t have enough workers. Even on normal days, they needed more help, and if something big happened, they wouldn’t be ready. The people working in the living areas didn’t really watch over the folks living there; they were busy on their phones. It wasn’t the right place for my mom. They couldn’t handle someone who was hard to take care of. My mom can be tough to deal with, and they said they could handle it, but they couldn’t. We told them all about what caring for my mom involves, and they acted like they deal with this kind of thing all the time. We thought they knew how to handle tricky problems because they’re supposed to know a lot about dementia. But they shouldn’t have said yes to taking care of her with all the special care she needs.

"Limited Space, Missing Activities: Pacifica’s Odd Setup"

Certainly! Here’s the revised review in 8th-grade American English: Pacifica felt strange. It had several small pods, each with a tiny kitchenette and a small dining table. While this setup might work for memory care, there was no dedicated activity room. Residents spent their entire lives in these cramped pods, doing limited activities. I wouldn’t choose this place for my mother; a good facility should offer shared spaces.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Visit"

Our family visited the assisted living facility in person, and as soon as we stepped inside, we realized it wasn't the right place for our loved one. It was a negative experience.

"Great care and activities, but lacking an activities director currently"

I would recommend this place to others for their loved ones. The staff are great and really care about the residents and their families. They communicate well with everyone. The community offers three meals a day, plus snacks for the residents. Each resident has a cabin, and the food is cooked in one common area and then delivered to the cabins. The activities director left, so they don’t have one right now. They’re working on finding a replacement but are still keeping as many activities going as they can, including music, crafting, bible study, and movies.

"Promises Unkept at Costly Assisted Living"

They keep saying they’ll do things but never do them. There’s zero fun stuff happening; everyone just sits and watches TV. The laundry’s a mess—everyone’s clothes get jumbled up. We get that it’s hard to find good help, but we’re shelling out big bucks for our family member to be here and get the care that’s promised in their fancy pamphlets, and it’s just not happening.

"Happy and Comfortable Environment with Great Communication"

My loved one is happy and comfortable here. The staff keeps us well-informed and up to date, and communication with them is really good. The community is always neat and clean. I would recommend this place to others.

"Friendly Staff, But Limited Interaction with Community"

There’s always someone checking in to say hi and make sure everyone is okay. The only problem is the small cottages with 8 people, so they don’t get to meet others in the community. I would recommend this place to others.
