"Community-Focused Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
Certainly! Here's the rewritten review in 8th-grade level American English: "I really liked the idea of smaller, community-based living spaces instead of one big hospital-like facility. It felt more like a home and less like an institution, which I thought would encourage my Mom to be more interactive. They also had a variety of activities available. However, their sales pitch seemed more focused on what they wanted rather than what they actually offer." And here's the summary headline: ¹². "Friendly staff, good care, needs more activities."
I recommend Pacifica. My mom is doing very well there. They are friendly, and my mom is fed, showered, and taken care of. The room is clean. They could have more activities, but she doesn’t always want to join. This is the only assisted living place I've dealt with, so I have nothing to compare it to.

"Friendly staff and affordable, close to home with minor flaws"
It could be better, but it could be worse. They’re working hard to get better. There are friendly people and a nice campus, just 5 minutes from my home. When we’ve had concerns, they’ve addressed them. It’s the cheapest place I’ve found, and the short drive makes up for any flaws.

"Good community with friendly staff and new activities director"
If you're proactive and don’t mind speaking up, this place is good. They just hired a new Activities Director, so I hope to see better activities soon, but the resident needs to want to join in. The Med Techs are capable and friendly. The location is great for my loved one because it’s close to me, so I can visit often and help with any care or cleaning needs. I’m glad she has made friends with other seniors, which she didn’t have before moving to Pacifica of Snohomish. The facility has a nice park-like setting and sidewalks for walks on the campus.

"Mixed Experience at Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish"
My family member lives at Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish. It's been alright. The workers are few, and cleaning was almost nonexistent until lately. Moving in was fine. But talking with us isn't so good. I think the bosses should talk more with families. The food doesn't seem tasty, and sometimes they miss meals.

"Unsafe and understaffed: Not recommended for loved ones."
My family member stayed at Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish and it was awful. They didn't have enough staff, and we were worried about her safety. She didn't stay there long before we found a better place for her. I wouldn't suggest this facility to anyone.

"Struggling Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish provides subpar care and food"
We've had a really tough time with Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish. The new management seems to be having a hard time. The staff is really overworked and stretched thin, and I don't think they feel appreciated, which affects the care they can give. I think the higher-ups need to think about why they're in this business and support their staff better so they can give better service. The food is always cold, they serve canned fruit instead of fresh, and it's clear that people don't feel respected or valued. Our dad is safe and getting fed and his meds, but the way they communicate and their professionalism at this place is lacking."

"Headline"
Nice staff, cozy spot, but activities need improvement. The bus hasn't worked, and bingo prizes are missing.

"A Positive Experience for Mom!"
The staff is friendly, her room and the place are pretty clean. She has therapy twice a week, but I haven't tried the food or activities. So far, our experience with Pacifica has been very good. My mom really likes it there. We chose this community because it's close, and they accept Medicaid once her private funds run out.

"Mixed Feelings at Pacifica Snohomish"
We visited Pacifica Snohomish for a tour. The staff was super friendly, and the living spaces were like cozy little cottages. However, it didn't give me the same positive feeling as the place we ultimately picked.

"Nice community, couldn't care for loved one."
The community was nice, but they couldn't care for my loved one, so we didn't choose them.

"Great tour would choose if current place doesn’t work out"
We had a great tour at Pacifica Senior Living Snohomish. This was our second choice, and if our current place doesn't work out, we would definitely move my loved one here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose another facility at first because it felt brighter when you walked in. Pacifica seemed a bit darker, but I think it's just the paint colors. Other than that, it looked like a really nice place.

"Assisted Living Review: Mom Thrives Elsewhere After Disappointing Experience"
My mom stayed at Pacifica for a bit over 2 years during the pandemic. When it was okay to visit, I went there a lot. I found out my mom only ate dinner, not breakfast or lunch. I asked Pacifica to call me if my mom missed lunch, but they never did. Pacifica was supposed to get my mom dressed by 10:30 every morning and put in her hearing aids. When I visited in the afternoon, her hearing aids weren’t in, and she wasn’t dressed. A few times, I came and found her bed dirty. Her room smelled like pee. Pacifica’s staff is nice, and the place looks nice, but they didn’t have enough staff. I gave them a lot of chances, but every time I came without telling them, something was wrong. Now, my mom is doing really well in a different assisted living place. The staff there never had any problems with my mom coming to lunch or putting in her hearing aids.

"Friendly and accommodating but could improve on housekeeping"
The process was easier than I thought it would be. They listen to requests well. Unfortunately, like many places these days, they seem short-staffed. So, they're not as attentive as I'd like - but they're still attentive. My family member loves it there and is very happy. We just wish they could be more proactive with cleaning, emptying garbage, and similar tasks.

"Caring Staff and Positive Experience"
My sister moved to Pacifica of Snohomish in August 2020. It's only 5 minutes away, so I can visit her often. The staff is friendly and has helped her adjust to assisted living. I feel good about her being there, and I know they'll listen if I have any concerns.
