"Friendly staff but not meeting our expectations"
Our visit didn't last long because this place fell short in the aspects we cared about, even if the employees were friendly.

"Great Tour at the Independent Facility"
We went to the wrong building at first, ending up at the independent living place instead of the assisted living facility. The staff gave us a tour and she was super energetic, excited, and helpful. We really liked this place! She canceled our tour of the assisted living building since it wasn't what we needed right now.

"Pleasant Surprise: Assisted Living Visit Turns Unexpectedly Enjoyable"
My family and I accidentally went to the wrong place but ended up having a great tour. She was really nice and showed us around. We decided we weren't interested in the other building for now.
